Today is Super Bowl Sunday and that means wings and chili are in order. I spend way too much time thinking about food, too much to the point that my coworkers are sick of hearing about what I plan on cooking or what I want to cook and since they bitch and moan about it, I refuse to share. Sucks to be them.
I have had a craving for wings for awhile now and since I was just in Buffalo and didn’t get around to eating any I figure today is the day I will satisfy that craving. This recipe is from the site Damn Delicious and I’m hoping that is the case.
There are many ways to cook chicken wings and you really can’t eff them up too bad as long as you don’t over cook them. I originally planned on smoking these with applewood in my propane smoker but the damn thing won’t start so I am just baking them instead. You do have the option of frying, but this is the healthier option and I’m trying to be all healthy and stuff. Keyboard is trying…I ate way too much German pound cake and brownies for breakfast to call myself healthy.
